The objective of this technical assistance program executed by the IDB is to support the preparation of a pilot project that will provide resources for the provision of appropriate infrastructure for indigenous peoples and black communities in Honduras. The following expertise will be required:

1. Consultant engineer with experience in provision of infrastructure to indigenous communities in Latin America and the Caribbean;
2. Anthropologist experienced in community consultations with indigenous groups in Latin America and the Caribbean
