The Secondary Education Modernization Program Coordinating Unit (SEMPCU) is updating its registration of individuals/resources personnel and/or firms from the Inter-American Development Bank's (IDB's) member countries, in the areas identified below, with a view to offering them consultant's contracts during implementation of the Secondary Education Modernization Program (SEMP):

The SEMPCU is a special unit established to manage the implementation of the SEMP, jointly financed by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the IDB, to reform and expand the secondary school subsector. The program has four articulated components, which are: (a) qualitative improvement; (b) deshifting, rehabilitation and upgrading of existing school infrastructure; (c) institutional strengthening; and (d) studies and measures for improved sector performance to which the above activities are related.

Interested persons who wish to register are required to complete a registration form, which can be obtained upon request at the SEMPCU's office (address below). The registration form, together with a curriculum vitae, must be returned to the same address.

Further information or clarification regarding this invitation for registration may also be obtained from the Procurement Specialist, SEMPCU. Upon request by interested individuals, the SEMPCU will send registration forms via e-mail to non-residents who are from the IDB's member countries.
